From noon to 4 p.m. Nov. 8-9, Toys "R" Us stores in the United States and Puerto Rico will give out a level 50 {{p|Dragonite}}, which is unique in that {{p|Dragonair}} does not evolve until level 55. Players of [[bp:Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Versions|Pokémon Diamond and Pearl]] will be able to download the Pokémon to their games via [[bp:Mystery Gift|Mystery Gift]].

Pokémon.com stated that the promotional Dragonite "will be able to enter official tournaments that are limited to level 50 Pokémon." The Web Site has revealed the moves and item that Dragonite will be carrying. Upon receiving Dragonite, it will be holding a Yache Berry, and its moves are Dragon Dance, Outrage, Thunderbolt, and Draco Meteor.
