The Release date for the new WiiWare game was revealed through Nintendo.

The new game, known as Pokémon Rumble, is set to be released this Friday 20th November on WiiWare, the information was revealed to those who received the Club Nintendo Newsletter through E-mail.
The game's graphics are based on that of My Pokémon Ranch, which was Pokémon's debut on the Wii Shop Channel, and on WiiWare. The game also shares it's European Release date with Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of the Sky, which shall be launched on the same day.
