To commemorate the Koex Seoul Character and Licensing Fair that is being held from July 17 until July 21, a Jirachi event is being distributed via infared for the Korean Pokémon Pokémon Black and White and Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 games.
Jirachi has an OT of Character Fair, and holds a Comet Shard. It is Level 50 and has the Ability Serene Grace. It has the moves Meteor Mash, Wish, Cosmic Power and Healing Wish. Jirachi will be available from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. local time and will be held outside of the entrance to the Fair. Players do not need a ticket to the Fair to be able to receive Jirachi.
