Now that we are due to begin a new generation of Pokémon again with the October 12 worldwide launch of {{bp|Pokémon X and Y}}, it has been revealed that in honor of that, {{bp|Pocket Monsters: The Origin}} and TV Tokyo's 50th anniversary, the Pokémon Smash show will be receiving a new re-branding.
