Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! have been announced as the two new games for the Nintendo Switch. The games will be available to purchase on November 16, 2018.

These games are set in the Kanto region. The Nintendo Switch Joy-Con is used to catch Pokémon by flicking your wrist and making a throwing motion. There is also a two-player feature in the games. Both Joy-Cons can be used to throw two Pokéballs at the Pokémon to catch it. In addition, the two-player mode will turn battles into Double battles against opponents in the game.

The games are compatible with Pokémon GO. Players can send Pokémon from their phone to the game where they will appear in GO Park. Alternatively, Pokémon can be sent from the game to the app as a present.

Team Rocket are confirmed to be in the games.

At the end of the trailer, it shows "a special Pokémon" which is to be announced in the future.

The Poké Ball Plus is a Poké Ball-shaped device that can be used to catch Pokémon instead of the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con. Also, the device lights up with a variety of colors, vibrates, and plays sounds according to the Pokémon. It also works as a Pokémon GO Plus when playing Pokémon GO.
