The distribution in the United States and Puerto Rico will be from Jan. 30 to Feb. 13, 2011; and from Feb. 9 to 20 in Canada. The Pikachu will be available to all Generation IV games, although whether or not a Wi-Fi distribution similar to the Japanese event earlier this year will also be held is currently unknown.
