I can set it back to a complete border if people want. Also, added a Number in the bar as a possibility. If people like that, I'll make sure it gets added to the bar when the current exceeds the target too. Usage

This template uses numbered parameters.

1. Title
2. Currency symbol, where applicable. Leave blank if not.
3. Target (Raw numbers only)
4. Current (Raw numbers only)
5. Time of most recent update. (Replace this with five tildes every time the template is updated.)

For example, {{Charity|Pokemon Caught||649|428|22:49, 31 May 2012 (UTC)}} gives:
