American Pokémon franchise promotes Victini: Difference between revisions

Pokémon.com has revealed various events which include {{p|Victini}}. These events are an event-only Victini which will be distributed via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection; one of the two fourteenth Pokémon movies, ''Pokémon the Movie: Black—Victini and Reshiram'', will be aired on Cartoon Network on December 10 and 11, 2011; the provision of the password for obtaining Toy Victini on {{bp|Pokémon Rumble Blast}}; and the launch of the 'V for Victini Sweepstakes'.  

The event-only Victini will be distributed to commemorate the fourteenth Pokémon movie, ''Pokémon the Movie: White—Victini and Zekrom'', which was [[Dub of 'Black Hero,' 'White Hero' to be released this December|previously reported]] to be shown in theaters on December 3 and 4, 2011, and ''Pokémon the Movie: Black—Victini and Reshiram'', to be aired on Cartoon Network on December 10 and 11, 2011 - a double feature film. It will be distributed via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection in America from December 3, 2011 until December 31, 2011 and will know the moves of {{m4|V-create|Searing Shot|Fusion Bolt|Fusion Flare}}, three of which are exclusive to this distribution event. This Victini was [[Event-only Victini to know Fusion Bolt, Fusion Flare|previously distributed]] in Japan from April 16 to August 31, 2011.

Pokémon.com has also launched the 'V for Victini Sweepstakes' immediately following the [[Pokémon.com launches Legendary Sweepstakes|Legendary Sweepstakes]], which previously followed the [[Pokémon celebrates 'Month of Zoroark'|Zoroark Sweepstakes]]. These sweepstakes are available to all legal residents of the fifty United States of America, as well as the {{wp|Washington, D.C.|District of Columbia}}, from November 7 at 10:00 a.m. {{wp|PST}} to December 7 at 11:59 p.m. PST. By entering their e-mail address, fans get a chance to win merchandise featuring Victini. Entering daily increases chances of winning, but only one entry may be submitted using one e-mail address per day (12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. {{wp|PDT}}). Every week 25 Victini prize packages, which consist of a Victini plush toy and a Pokémon TCG: Victini tin, will be given out in weekly draws. On December 5 the grand prize winner will be drawn. The grand prize consists of a Flame Red {{bp|Nintendo 3DS}} system, a Pokémon TCG: V for Victini tin, a {{bp|Noble Victories}} display box of booster packs, a copy of both {{bp|Pokémon Black and White Versions}}, and a Victini plush toy.

The promotion also includes the [[Victini C-Gear skin released worldwide|previously reported]] Victini {{bp|C-Gear}} skin, which is currently only available in certain countries.
