:Bulbagarden policy is to not promote sites that host episodes or ROMs. We don't endorse ROMs (even fan-made ones), so people looking for them will have to go elsewhere. The article was also deleted because it was filled with the author's opinion, that "the site had a lot of traffic, more than PUSA sites, which made PUSA mad," essentially.
