Birthday Togekiss distributed internationally

Last December, a male Togekiss with its Hidden Ability, Super Luck was made available to players of Pokémon Black and White Versions who were members of the Pokémon Daisuki Club during their month of birth.
As discovered by Bulbagarden moderator Bluesun, seemingly without any announcement, the same Togekiss has been released internationally. There have been no known advertisements for this promotion on the official Pokémon site.
To redeem the Togekiss, log on to Pokémon Trainer Club, and in the month of your birthday, access the mailbox via the envelope icon on the Trainer Card. From the mailbox, click on the letter entitled "Happy Birthday From Pokemon.Com", and a birthday party will be thrown by several Pokemon. Afterward, Togekiss can be claimed like any other promotion on the Pokémon Global Link website.
