The previous miniature website for Worlds 2008 has been upgraded, now revealing the Event Schedule. The schedule mentions a Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Lucario distribution, similar to the 2007 distribution of Surfing Pikachu. Further details are unknown at this time.

The tournament will also be visited by four individuals with great impact on the Pokémon franchise; Takumi Akabane and Shigeki Morimoto will be visiting on August 17th, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, and Tsunekas Ishihara and Junichi Masuda will be visiting the same day from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

Worlds 2008 will not only house the World Trading Card Game Chapmionships, but this year will also be the final battle site for the Pokémon Video Game Showdown.

Opening day begins August 16th, at 10:00 AM.
