The C-Gear skin featuring Victini is currently available to players worldwide. The promotion runs from Nov. 4, 2011 to Jan. 12, 2012.

A password is required to access the skin. It is VICTINI2011.

This skin was released previously in Japan from May 11 to Sept. 30 to commemorate the fourteenth Pokémon movie. The English dub of the movie is due to be released in the United States this December. Wider release dates are not yet known.
