Super Smash Bros. Ultimate announced for Nintendo Switch

During the Nintendo Direct today, it was announced that all previous Smash characters are to be included in the upcoming game. This includes all our favorite Pokémon characters such as Pikachu, Pichu, Pokémon Trainer, Jigglypuff, Mewtwo, Lucario, and Greninja. On top of the actual fighters, several other Pokémon have been confirmed to appear as Pokéball support character including Bewear, Solgaleo, and Lunala.
Our favorite Pokémon characters will also be joined by two new characters in Daisy (an Echo Character for Peach) and Ridley.The game is set to launch December 7th, 2018 for $59.99 USD and will feature Amiibo and Gamecube adapter support (with the adapter re-releasing at a later date along with a new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate controller).
