2014 International Challenge - May logo

The 2014 International Challenge for May has been announced for all regions. All participants will receive 1,000 Poké Miles. Players may register from 2 p.m. JST on May 9 until 8:59 a.m. JST on May 16. The tournament will be held from 9 a.m. JST on May 16 until 8:59 a.m. JST on May 19.

Players born in 1999 or later will be in the Junior and Senior Divisions. Players born in 1998 or earlier will be in the Master Division. Players in the Junior and Senior Division will not be allowed to battle between 11 p.m. and 6 p.m. There will be 50,000 participants in this tournament, with spots available on a first come-first serve basis.

The tournament is a Double Battles tournament, with Mewtwo, Yveltal, Zygarde, Xerneas, and Pokémon that were Poké Transported from the Pokémon Black and White and Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 games considered ineligible and cannot be used in the tournament. The Pokémon must be captured, hatched, or obtained through Mystery Gift and be a part of the three Kalos Pokédexes.

Players must place their Pokémon in the Pokémon Battle Box on the in-game PC. All Pokémon above level 50 will be set to level 50 for the tournament.
