Although the majority of the event was held on Sunday 2nd June, the United Kingdom Pokémon Video Game Championships qualifier came to a close at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham just after midnight on the Monday morning, with last year's champion Ben Kyriakou seizing victory over Abel Martin Sanz to reclaim his title as the Masters Division UK National Champion.

Due to unfortunate delays in starting the event, the prize allocation was altered slightly so that all Top 8 players in the Masters Division will receive travel awards to the Pokémon World Championships, which will be held in Vancouver, Canada between August 9-11th. The rest of the Masters Division Top 8, who will be attending the Pokémon World Championships, are:

Semi-Finalists:

Albert Bauere

Lee Provost

Quater-Finalists:

Daniel Nolan

Rachel Annand

Juan Sedillo Simo

Matthias Sucholdski

Edward T. also won the Seniors Division Video Game event.

The official standings (such as exact places) of the semi and quarter finalists of the Masters Division, as well as more information on the Senior and Junior divisions will be made available in the near future.
