The official Japanese Pokémon website has announced that the Best Wishes:Episode N arc will begin in Jan. 2013. There will be a Meowth event released via Wi-Fi for players of the Black 2 and White 2 games to commemorate Team Rocket's return in the arc.

Meowth

Meowth will be level 15, have R-Dan as its OT, ability of Pick Up, will be holding a Smoke Ball, and will have the moves Sing, Fury Swipes, Nasty Plot and Snatch. Meowth will be available from Dec. 7, 2012 until Jan. 10, 2013.
