Beyond intends to offer replacement DVDs with the missing episodes in the future. Customers who have already bought a copy of Pokémon the Series: XY - Collection 2 are advised to hold onto their DVD set until Beyond advises that replacements are available. Once they are, customers will be able to exchange them at their point of purchase. The error occurred due to an incorrect master copy sent to the manufacturer.
