Cartoon Network, which airs the Pokémon anime in the United States, has changed the time slot for new episodes of the Pokémon anime. The new 8 a.m. timeslot is one hour later than the previous 7 a.m. time slot that has been in use for over a year, and it began with the airing of Pokémon Ranger: Heatran Rescue on October 16, 2010. The old time slot will be used by The Super Hero Squad Show.
