Serebii.net has been updated with more Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver information from CoroCoro. It includes new game screenshots, giveaways, events, artworks, and more.

Screenshots of Steelix, Wobbuffet and Kecleon following the player character. Trainers can converse to their Pokémon any time to know what they feel. All 493 Pokémon are capable of following the players.

The Touch Screen utilization will be implemented into the games. There are a screenshots which shows the Pokédex & PC Box navigating using a touch screen style navigation scheme. Checking the party's status and items inside the bag can also be navigated using the Touch Screen.

The Pokédex artwork has also been redesigned. Two models are shown; pink for the female character, and red for the male character. Clearer artworks for Professor Elm, Silver, as well as male and female Team Rocket grunts.

The artwork of the Johto map was also shown in the background, which confirms that the game heads east towards Kanto and shows Route 28 by Mt. Silver. It also shows a new area west of the National Park. An artwork for Ecruteak Town is shown, including the Tin Tower.

More game footages were seen, such as the interior of Professor Elm's laboratory and Slowpoke Well, Cherrygrove Town, Ruins of Alph, and the Johto Radio Tower.

Pre-orders for the games begins on July 4th. Players who pre-order HeartGold and SoulSilver will get Ho-Oh and Lugia figure, respectively, or an Arceus figure, if both games were pre-ordered.

A clearer image featuring Jirachi has also appeared. It confirms that the Jirachi will be available for download in Diamond, Pearl and Platinum. It is a Level 5 Jirachi and will known the moves Wish, Confusion, Rest and Draco Meteor, a move exclusive for Dragon-type Pokémon. It will be holding a Liechi Berry. It is known to be given away from June 19th to July 17th. It also confirms that it is a WiFi event at DS Download Stations & NintendoZone areas in Japan.
