Details for the Pikachu event distribution that will be held at the "[[Pikachu Outbreak! at Yokohama Minatomirai event announced|Pikachu Outbreak!]]" event in {{wp|Minato Mirai 21|Minato Mirai}} in Yokohama, Japan have been announced. Pikachu's {{bp|nickname}} and {{bp|item}} will depend on the location that it was obtained at during the event. Pikachu will have an OT of Minato Mirai and will be level 10. It will come in a {{bp|Cherish Ball}} and will have the {{bp|Event Ribbon}}. It will have the moves {{m4|Thunderbolt|Quick Attack|Surf|Hold Hands}}. 

Pikachu will be distributed at these locations (Pikachu's nickname corresponds to the location it was obtained at):
* Landmark (ランドマーク): {{wp|Yokohama Landmark Tower}}, Landmark Plaza 1F, near Festival Square; holding an {{bp|Air Balloon}}
* Cosmo W (コスモW): {{jwp|よこはまコスモワールド|Yokohama Cosmo World}}, Wonder Amuse Zone, near the Central Plaza underneath the large Ferris wheel
* Red Brick (あかレンガ): {{wp|Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse}}, near the Pikachu Seaside Cottage
* Ship Captain (せんちょう): 
** a) {{jwp|日本丸メモリアルパーク|Nipponmaru Memorial Park}}, near the arena
