The full details of the All Star Cup {{bp|Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection|Wi-Fi}} tournament for Japanese {{bp|Pokémon Black and White Versions 2| Pokémon Black 2 and White 2}} have been revealed. The All Star Cup will be held September 21, 2012 until September 23, 2012. Registration for the tournament will run from September 14, 2012 until September 20, 2012.

The tournament will be a {{bp|Double Battles}} tournament. All Pokémon in the Unova Pokédex will be allowed. It is the first Wi-Fi tournament to allow the use of {{p|Victini}}, {{p|Reshiram}}, {{p|Zekrom}}, {{p|Kyurem}}, {{p|Keldeo}}, {{p|Meloetta}}, and {{p|Genesect}}. The new disconnection penalty rules will be enforced during this tournament.

The tournament is divided into three divisions based on the participants' age. The Masters division will consist of participants that were born before 1996. The Senior division will consist of participants that were born between 1997 and 2000. The Junior division will consist of participants that were born after 2001. 

Participants will receive a {{bp|Micle Berry}} for participating in the tournament. The Micle Berry will be received in the {{bp|Pokémon Dream World|Dream World}}.
