The official Pokémon website has finally started acknowledging promotional cards in their online card database, and with the addition of the {{TCG|XY Black Star Promos}}, the {{TCG|Flashfire}} Prerelease promo was revealed to be {{TCG ID|XY Promo|Dragalge|10}}. Also revealed was the second of the pair of Promotional cards for the Flashfire Single Pack Blisters. {{TCG ID|XY Promo|Honedge|12}} will join {{TCG ID|XY Promo|Skiddo|11}} as two promo cards available at stores when Flashfire is released May 7.

The Prerelease Dragalge is an alternate artwork reprint of the Dragalge that will appear in the Flashfire expansion. The alternate artwork has not yet been released in Japanese, and it was quite possibly requested by {{bp|The Pokémon Company International}} for the Flashfire Prerelease tournament. The Prerelease tournaments for this expansion will be held the weekends of April 26 and May 3.
