''{{bp|M16|Genesect and the Legend Awakened}}'' will premiere in Philippine theaters on Nov. 13, 2013. The Pikachu short ''{{bp|PK25|Eevee & Friends}}'' will also air along with the movie. The movie will air in selected {{wp|SM Prime Holdings|SM Cinemas}}. This is the first time a Pokémon movie has aired in cinemas in the Philippines.

In addition, Mewtwo will be distributed on Nov. 16 and 17, 2013 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the {{wp|SM Megamall}} in {{wp|Manila}}. This Mewtwo will be level 100. Mewtwo is available for both English and Japanese language {{game|Black and White|s}} and {{bp|Pokémon Black and White Versions 2|Pokémon Black 2 and White 2}}.

Red {{p|Genesect}} paper figures will be given away at cinemas airing the movie. They will only be available while supplies last.
