From Oct. 26 to Nov. 1, a Halloween promotion will run in Pokémon GO. Players will earn more Candy and certain spooky Pokémon will appear more often.

During the promotion:
- Zubat, Golbat, Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Drowzee, Hypno will be more common.
- Catching a Pokémon will earn 6 Candies (instead of the normal 3).
- Transferring a Pokémon will earn 2 Candies (instead of the normal 1).
- Hatching Eggs will earn twice as much Candy.
- Walking with a Buddy Pokémon will earn Candy four times faster than normal.
