Hoopa to be distributed in the US and France

A Hoopa distribution will take place starting in November in France and the US. It is the first time this Mythical Pokémon can be obtained in those countries. Hoopa can be obtained in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire (ORAS) and Pokémon X and Y
According to the screenshots on the Pokémon ORAS Website, Hoopa will be level 50 when obtained, hold a Focus Sash and know the moves Psychic, Astonish and Nasty Plot in addition of its signature move, Hyperspace Hole. It will be contained in a Cherish Ball.
In ORAS, when entering a Poké Mart, players will be able to receive a Prison Bottle,allowing them to transform Hoopa into its Unbound form, in which it can use the move Hyperspace Fury, learned at level 85 or taught by the Move Reminder.
In France, Hoopa will be available in participating Micromania stores in France from November 2 to November 22, 2015.
In the US, Hoopa will be available at participating McDonald's restaurants from November 27 to December 23, 2015.
