This article appeared to need considerable remodelling, so I thought I'd do it. I feel it could still do with some work, though, especially in terms of referring to what it is.

-The website IGN has started trying to determine the top 100 Pokemon of all-time. That's right, out of 649, they are going to whittle it down to 100. How, you might ask? By having fanboys and girls alike vote in "Pokemon Face-Off" which isn't a tournament, rather, it puts two random Pokemon against each other. For example, several matchups I've seen already are Blastoise vs. Lugia, Charizard vs. Scyther, and Zapdos vs. Boldore.
+Gaming news website IGN has opened Pokémon Face-Off, a feature intended to deduce a set of top 100 of the "best Pokémon" as decided by voters.  The feature, promoted as a series of "Poké-Duels", randomly generates pairs of two of any of the 649 Pokémon between which for fans of Pokémon to choose the one the voter considers the best Pokémon. Participants can vote on as many "Poké-Duels" as they desire.  The results of this voting will be used to create a list of the 100 best Pokémon.
