The 20th {{bp|Pokémon movie}}, ''{{bp|M20|Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!}}'', will be released in Japan on DVD and Blu-ray on Dec. 20, 2017.

The movie debuted in Japan on July 15, 2017, with the Japanese version airing for the first time at the {{wp|Japan Expo}} in France on July 6, 2017. The dub [[Locations, times announced for twentieth movie international screening|will be screened]] at theaters internationally starting Nov. 5, 2017.

Unconfirmed listings indicate that this movie will be released in Australia on DVD Dec. 6, 2017, a fortnight before the Japanese release. Pokémon movies have been released on DVD in Australia before Japan since 2013's ''{{bp|M16|Genesect and The Legend Awakened}}''.
