Two new DVD sets, ''Pokémon the Series: Adventures in Kanto and the Orange Islands - Limited Edition Collection'' and ''Pokémon the Series: XY - Kalos Quest Collection 2'', will be released in Australia and New Zealand in March this year.

''Pokémon the Series: XY - Kalos Quest Collection 2'' is a 3-disc set with a total runtime of 506 minutes (approximately 23 episodes). It will be released in Australia on March 2, 2016 in New Zealand on March 23, 2016. It contains the second half of the 18th dubbed season of the Pokémon anime, ''{{bp|S18|Pokémon the Series: XY - Kalos Quest}}'', including episodes from "{{bp|XY071|So You're Having a Bad Day!}}" to "{{bp|XY092|All Eyes on the Future!}}". ''Pokémon the Series: XY - Kalos Quest Collection 1'', which contains the first half of the episodes of this season, was released in November 2015.

''Pokémon the Series: Adventures in Kanto and the Orange Islands - Limited Edition Collection'' is a 22-disc set with a total runtime of 3806 minutes (approximately 173 episodes). It will be released in Australia on March 2, 2016 in New Zealand on March 16, 2016. It contains dubbed episodes that take place in Kanto or the Orange Archipelago, including the ''{{bp|Advanced Generation series|Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire}}'' episodes that take place in Kanto. The similar set ''{{bp|Pokémon Kanto and Orange Islands Collection}}'', which was released in Australia and New Zealand in September 2011, contained 176 episodes (3 more than this set contains based on its runtime); presumably, the 3 missing episodes are the 3 episodes featuring {{p|Jynx}} in its original design ("{{bp|Holiday Hi-Jynx}}", "{{bp|EP090|Stage Fight!}}", and "{{bp|EP099|The Mandarin Island Miss Match}}"), which are no longer included in DVD releases.
