A {{Shiny}} {{p|Machamp}} based on the one used by Mark McQuillan at the {{bp|2015 World Championships|2015 Pokémon Video Game World Championships}} will be distributed at the 2016 Australian Pokémon National Championships. Mark McQuillan was the 2015 Pokémon Video Game Senior Division World Champion. This Machamp can be obtained in {{bp|Pokémon X and Y|Pokémon X, Y}}, {{bp|Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire|Omega Ruby, or Alpha Sapphire}}.

Like the Machamp used by Mark McQuillan at the 2015 World Championships, this Shiny Machamp has the Ability {{a|No Guard}} and knows {{m4|Dynamic Punch|Stone Edge|Wide Guard|Knock Off}}.

This is likely the same Machamp as {{bp|List of local event Pokémon distributions in Generation VI#Mark McQuillan's Machamp|the one}} previously distributed at the National Championships held in the UK, France, and Germany. The Machamp that was available in Europe is {{bp|level}} 50, holding a {{bp|Sitrus Berry}}, has an Adamant nature, is {{bp|Gender|male}}, and has a {{bp|Battle Champion Ribbon}}. Also, it has the {{bp|original Trainer}} ScreenPeekaz and the {{bp|Trainer ID number}} 05146, and is caught in a {{bp|Cherish Ball}}.

The 2016 Pokémon Australian National Championships are being held from July 2 to 3, 2016 at the {{wp|Melbourne Park Function Centre}} in {{wp|Melbourne}}, {{wp|Victoria (Australia)|Victoria}}.
