A user on the Japanese 2ch forum has posted photographs taken of a demo of Pokémon Black and White. One new Pokémon, Hatooboo (ハトーポー) can clearly be seen, while in another picture a second Pokémon has been partially blanked out.

Another new Pokémon, mostly obscured from view

Hatooboo contains hato (ハト), meaning pigeon or dove, leading to speculation that this Pokémon is related to Mamepato.

The blanked out Pokemon's name appears to end in nezumi (ネズミ), meaning 'mouse'. Its moves are Detect, Super Fang, Crunch and Hypnosis. It is holding an Everstone.
