The Ultra Beast codenamed {{p|UB Adhesive}} is a new Pokémon in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. It is {{type|Poison}} and has the Ability {{a|Beast Boost}}. It can learn {{m|Venoshock}} and {{m|Acid}}.

The Ultra Beast codenamed {{p|UB Burst}} is a new Pokémon in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon that was previously revealed. It is {{2t|Fire|Ghost}}-type and has the Ability {{a|Beast Boost}}. It will appear in Pokémon Ultra Sun. It can learn the new {{type|Fire}} {{bp|special move}} {{m|Mind Blown}}, which sacrifices half of its maximum HP to deal damage.

The Ultra Beast codenamed {{p|UB Assembly}} is a new Pokémon in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon that was previously revealed. It is {{2t|Rock|Steel}}-type and has the Ability {{a|Beast Boost}}. It will appear in Pokémon Ultra Moon. It can learn {{m|Iron Defense}}, {{m|Wide Guard}}, and {{m|Iron Head}}.

In Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, the player will be able to travel through {{bp|Ultra Wormhole}}s by riding on the back of {{p|Solgaleo}} or {{p|Lunala}}. This allows the player to visit many different worlds, including the Ultra Megalopolis.

The Ultra Megalopolis is a place that had its light stolen by {{p|Necrozma}}. Within this world, a mysterious tower-like building shines with brilliant light but whatever waits at the top of this structure is currently unknown.

Players will meet the Ultra Recon Squad, a strange group that have come from a world that lives beyond an Ultra Wormhole. The Ultra Recon Squad use the Ultra Beast UB Adhesive in battle. A different pair of members of this group will play a central role depending on the game: Dulse and Zossie in Pokémon Ultra Sun, and Soliera and Phyco in Pokémon Ultra Moon.
