The international promotion for the Pikachu-themed C-Gear skin has been announced by Pokémon Global Link. The promotion will be available from July 7, 2011 to Aug. 31, 2012, and a password will be offered to attendees of future Pokémon events, such as the upcoming U.S. Pokémon National Championships.

The skin was first available to users of the Japanese-language Global Link from Oct. 4, 2010 to Jan. 31, 2011, with the code given to those who voted in a poll for a Pokémon to be given away.

Update:  The password to obtain this skin has been found to be "PikachuCGear" (case sensitive).
