Three events will be taking place at the COEX mall in Korea. The Pokémon X and Y demo version will be playable on in front of the Bandi & Luni's bookstore inside the COEX mall in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea. It will feature Mega Evolutions and Pokémon-Amie. The demo version will be available on Aug. 17 and 18 from 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Aug. 25 from 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., and Aug. 31 - Sept. 1 from 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.. There will be souvenirs for those who participate.

Korean X and Y logos

The distribution announced last week, where the Event Pokémon based on the ones used by this year's World Championships Qualification Tournament winners will be available via Infrared. Hitmontop will be distributed on Aug. 17 and 18 from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Cresselia will be distributed on Aug. 24 and 25 from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., and Liepard will be distributed on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m..

From Aug. 17 until Sept. 1, there will be an Eevee Entralink Festival event. Participants would try and find Eevee and evolutions in the Hidden Grottos. Each of the Pokémon will have their Hidden Abilities. During the event, other Pokémon that are normally in the Hidden Grottos may also be found in them.
