Pokémon sweepstakes announced
Video game, TCG prizes up for grabs

The Pokémon Company International has announced a sweepstakes competition to run over the next three weeks. The sweepstakes is titled "The Johto Legendary Trio Sweepstakes". It began on August 30 and concludes on September 19.
Entering the sweepstakes is simple. Registrations are taken online for the duration of the competition. A valid e-mail address is required.
There will be three prize draws, which will be held weekly. The grand prize, which will be awarded to one winner in each draw, consists of:
- A Nintendo DSi XL system
- Copies of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver
- A box of 36 Pokémon Trading Card Game booster packs from HS—Undaunted
- A set of three TCG collector's tins featuring Raikou, Entei, and Suicune
- Two strategy guides
In each draw, there will be one hundred runner-up prizes, consisting of one of the three collector's tins.
The sweepstakes is only open to citizens of the United States.
