In a hidden link on the [http://www.vizkids.com/ VIZ Kids] official website, which is operated by {{bp|VIZ Media}}, pages for volumes from the {{bp|Ruby & Sapphire chapter (Adventures)|''Ruby & Sapphire'' chapter}} of {{bp|Pokémon Adventures}} have begun to appear. While such links have appeared on VIZ Media's website before, they have been updated with new release dates and ISBN information. Of particular interest is that [http://www.vizkids.com/products/products.php?product_id=9348 volume 16]'s page includes a summary of the volume's events. The hidden links exist all the way to [http://www.vizkids.com/products/products.php?product_id=9361 volume 29], which has a release date listed of 2015. Any attempt to click the "buy now" button leads to a 404 error.

While this news is promising to Pokémon manga fans located in VIZ Media's publishing region, it has not been confirmed officially, nor have the volumes appeared on third-party shopping sites such as [http://www.amazon.com Amazon.com].

To date, VIZ Media has released the first fourteen volumes of the Pokémon Adventures manga. The last round of the {{bp|Gold, Silver & Crystal chapter (Adventures)|''Gold, Silver & Crystal'' chapter}}, which is normally in {{bp|Pokémon Adventures volume 15|Volume 15}}, was put at the end of {{bp|Pokémon Adventures volume 14|Volume 14}}. VIZ Media has also released the first six volumes in the {{bp|Diamond & Pearl chapter (Adventures)|''Diamond & Pearl'' chapter}}, beginning with {{bp|Pokémon Adventures volume 30|Volume 30}}, as a seperately numbered series titled ''Pokémon Adventures: Diamond & Pearl/Platinum''. VIZ Media has also been collecting rounds from the magazine publication of the {{bp|Black & White chapter (Adventures)|''Black & White'' chapter}} and releasing them as a third series, ''Pokémon Black and White'', which has 8 volumes so far.
