Seven new Pokémon revealed in new Sun and Moon trailer: Difference between revisions

A new trailer for {{bp|Pokémon Sun and Moon}} has been released, which features seven new Pokémon. This trailer has currently only been released in Japanese, so the names used here are transliterations of the Japanese names (except Tapu Koko).

{{p|Tapu Koko}} is an {{2t|Electric|Fairy}}-type Pokémon. It has the new Ability Elec Maker, which creates {{m|Electric Terrain}}. It can learn the move {{m|Wrath of Nature}}, which is a damage-dealing move. Its English name was revealed in the [https://youtu.be/UC-uLg_5RIA?t=1908 E3 gameplay demonstration], in which it was described as Melemele Island's guardian deity (without appearing).

{{p|Jijīron}} is a {{2t|Normal|Dragon}}-type Pokémon. It has the new Ability {{a|Distraction}}, which raised its {{bp|Special Attack}} after being hit by {{m|Dragon Claw}} (which lowered it to low {{bp|HP}}). It can learn the move {{m|Dragon Breath}}.

{{p|Togedemaru}} is an {{2t|Electric|Steel}}-type Pokémon. It has the Ability {{a|Lightning Rod}}. It can learn the new move {{m|Discharge Strike}}, which is a damage-dealing move.

Additionally, {{p|Zygarde}} 50% Forme can have the Ability {{a|Swarm Change}}, which is the Ability Zygarde 10% Forme was shown to have. Swarm Change allows Zygarde 10% Forme or 50% Forme to change into Complete Forme, and appears to activate when it is at low HP. Additionally, Zygarde 50% Forme is confirmed to be able to learn {{m|Thousand Arrows}}, a move which exists unused in the code of the {{bp|Generation VI}} games and that Zygarde 10% Forme has already been shown to use in Pokémon Sun and Moon.
