To celebrate the Pokemon All-Stars Battle Event in South Korea, 'Shiny' Diancie will be distributed from August 13 to 14. The distribution will take place at Monaco Space, Seoul, from 11AM to 5PM on both days. The distribution will be done via infrared for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. 'Shiny' Diancie will be at level 50 and know the moves Diamond Storm, Moon Blast, Reflect, and Return.
