Shiny Gengar will be distributed from Sep. 13 to Oct. 14, 2014 at select stores across Japan to celebrate Halloween.

Mega Gengar (not Shiny)

This Gengar is level 25, holds a Gengarite, has a Classic Ribbon, and is in a Dusk Ball. It will know the moves Sludge Wave, Shadow Ball, Confuse Ray and Astonish, Sludge Wave being a move Gengar cannot normally know.
