Singapore is receiving a re-release of the special edition Nintendo 3DS XL featuring Pikachu. It is region-locked to play North American games, which is the region primarily used in Southeast Asia. It comes with a 220V-240V AC adapter.

On Qisahn.com it is listed for S$319.00. While it will not be available until Nov. 21, 2014, it is currently available for preorder on Qisahn.com. If a deposit of S$50.00 is made upon preordering from Qisahn.com, a free copy of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games will be included as a bonus.

This special edition console was previously released in Singapore in early 2013, although consumers complained it was short-stocked.
