Are we sure that the player "begins the game as a Pikachu", or do we have the usual pre-game interview to choose the player's character? It seems odd they'd limit you to just one Pokémon. :There seems to be some conflict amongst fansites. Sites such as Serebii and Pokemon Elite 2000 and Pokebeach say that it's the same as usual while others say the opposite.
