I must admit I was quite surprised this made frontpage on Bulbanews; I thought people here were promoting fairplay. On the other hand, the specific use of the exploit described in the article is "fairplay" enough; I guess my initial response was rushed. Ultimately, I believe this is for the better, the faster Gamefreak learns about the exploit, the better our chances for a clean and fair Generation 5, without cheaters all around; I believe all will agree that the current set of games couldn't be more broken. After messing around with it for a long time, I realized I couldn't get it to work in any form on Platinum, HeartGold, or SoulSilver but yet, I got it to work on Diamon and Pearl and I didn't receive any error messages nor was kicked off the GTS, in fact the GTS worked just as normal and I was able to leave on my own volition. ~~Zetaphrem | |||
