:Yeah, those were just swallows. Swellow's coloration is remarkably similar to the coloration of actual swallows, which is probably why these particular swallows resemble Swellow so much. Philos 19:11, 12 September 2010 (UTC)
I don't, they look way too much like swellow..YukitoOoO 18:03, 12 September 2010 (UTC)
:Well, i think they're Taillow. Swellows have bigger heads and feathers. Empath-Silvio 19:41, 12 September 2010 (UTC)
I think it's pretty clearly a swallow, for two reasons: 1. Taillow/Swellow aren't nearly well-known enough to be parodied by the Simpsons. Just a public consciousness thing. 2. The line about them returning to Springfield is pretty clearly a reference to the famous Capistrano Swallows, whose annual return to their nests is a pretty big tourist attraction. For reference, here's an image of the Capistrano Swallows. Hope that clears it up! The rest of the article was good. I haven't seen the episode. What indicates Pokemon more than any other TCG? PLA 20:01, 12 September 2010 (UTC)
*One of the Hackidu referred by name is a "Scramisaur", and it is mentioned that there's a TV show, as much as I can remember. The cards also seem similar to the novelty collectible cards by Topps. If my memory is correct, than the reference is someone in a Charmander suit running around while Tokyo is attacked by a Godzilla float. --IWannaBeTheVeryBest 01:14, 13 September 2010 (UTC)
