Two new Pokémon revealed for Red Collection

The official blog of the Japanese Pokémon Trading Card Game has revealed two new Pokémon cards—Escavalier and Accelgor—for the second BW expansion, Red Collection. Accelgor, an Uncommon Grass-type, is numbered 007/066, is weak to Fire, and has no Resistance or Retreat Cost. Escavalier, an Uncommon Metal-type numbered 053/066, is also weak to Fire, but is resistant to Psychic, and has a Retreat Cost of three.

The Red Collection will be released in Japan on July 15th, 2011, and will feature 66 cards (not including Secret cards), 59 of which will be Pokémon. These 59 Pokémon are the remaining Pokémon not featured in the Black & White Collections, except for Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect. The set also features the Rugged Helmet, the Plume and Cover Fossils, the Xtransceiver, and N, and known Pokémon cards include Chandelure and Landorus.
