 A youtube User and Bulbapedia user ArcyTheFurryArcanine (reported by ArcyTheReporter due to server issues) has conducted multiple tests and has confirmed that Isshu is based off of the Shangai region of China. Documentation in the video shows that Shangai is without a doubt Isshu. The videos also provide time documentation proving that ArcyTheFurryArcanine was the first to make the discovery. The videos were uploaded about midnight Eastern US time. Not much more however is known about Isshu. More details will be released by other members as they become available and as Bulbapedia finds the cause of the server issues.

Also there is clear evidence that Isshu is Shangai. Don't dispute evidence if you haven't even reviewed it. Now I knew it would be disputed which is why I submitted the second copy as a RUMOR!
