These are meant to be used to briefly convey what you've changed, so people in the RC or history can see what you've done without having to check the diff. Some people leave them blank, and that's okay, but [http://bulbanews.bulbagarden.net/w/index.php?title=CoroCoro_reveals_more_information_on_HeartGold_and_SoulSilver&curid=5374&diff=18308&oldid=18305 this was out of line and uncalled for]. I certainly hope this isn't the way things are done on Bulbanews, because it certainly wouldn't be tolerated on the 'pedia.
