::So should it be reported as a full article? There's not much to say about time, unless one were to start to put a blurb about the anime and include the time history on the anime, saying something like "The Diamond & Pearl anime started airing at time slots of 9:00 AM, but soon moved down to the previous time slot of 7 AM and now at 8 AM."
