The C-Gear skin featuring Victini is currently available to players whose Global Link locations were set to a North American country, an Asian country (except Japan; Korea also has a different schedule), Australia, or New Zealand. The promotion runs from Nov. 4, 2011 to Jan. 12, 2012, but there is no information available regarding a release for Europe. The password VICTINI2011 is required to access the skin.

Victini C-Gear skin

This skin was released previously to those with Japanese Global Link accounts from May 11 to Sept. 30 to commemorate the fourteenth Pokémon movie. It was then made available for those with Korean accounts Oct. 4 and will remain available until Feb. 29, 2012.

The English dub of the movie is due to be released in the United States this December. Wider release dates are not yet known.
