Our NIWA friends at Zelda Informer are using Kickstarter to fund a project for a new Nintendo magazine in America called Pure Nintendo Magazine. The magazine will be bi-monthly magazine and it will be made to replace Nintendo Power magazine. A $20,000 goal is needed to launch the magazine. At the time of writing this article $15,384 have been raised so far. The deadline for funding is at 10:19pm EDT on Thursday Oct. 11, 2012. The minimum pledge is $1.

There are also certain gifts for people who raise $10 or more. For people funding $10 to $19.99 a Pure Nintendo P-wing logo sticker will be given. For people funding $20 to $29.99 and $40 to $49.99 a one year subscription of Pure Nintendo Magazine will be given. For people funding $50 to $99.99, they will be featured in an issue of Pure Nintendo Magazine and will also get a one year subscription of the magazine and a Pure Nintendo polo.For people funding $100 to $199.99 a Pure Nintendo hoodie, a Pure Nintendo T-Shirt and a one year subscription of Pure Nintendo Magazine will be given. For people funding $200 to $299.99 a Pure Nintendo hoodie, a Pure Nintendo polo and a one year subscription of Pure Nintendo Magazine will be given. For people funding $350 or more a Pure Nintendo hoodie and all the items from $20 and $50 levels will be given and they will be featured in a full page of an issue of the Pure Nintendo Magazine.
