Following the previously reported U.S. release date of Monopoly: Pokémon Edition, EB Games have announced that the board game will release in Australia in December 2014. The board game is currently available for pre-order for $68.00.

MONOPOLY: Pokémon Kanto Edition box

Included in the game set is the board, counters and currency notes. The counters are of Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Eevee and Jigglypuff and all of the notes include a picture of Pikachu.
