In the US, new episodes of the Pokémon anime will air half an hour earlier on Cartoon Network. This will begin with the first new episode of 2012, Battle For The Underground!, which airs on Jan. 7, 2012. The changes in different time zones are as follows:

• Eastern Time and Pacific Time: 8:30 a.m. rather than 9:00 a.m.
• Central Time: 7:30 a.m. rather than 8:00 a.m.
• Mountain Time: 6:30 a.m. rather than 7:00 a.m.
